To be eligible for a refund/return or an exchange, please begin the return process, within seven (7) days of receiving your order. With the exception of customized/personalized pieces that are FINAL SALE.

Returns request submitted after seven (7) days will not be processed.

Please purchase jewelry at your own discretion, as some jewelry pieces may include contents that can cause an allergic reaction based on your specific condition. Ariagem is not responsible for results in allergic reactions.

CONDITIONS

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Customers are responsible for return shipping. Return shipping is non-refundable. When returning packages back to our facility we recommend that you obtain the tracking number, this will provide you with a proof of postage in the event the package is lost. RETURN SHIPPING PROCESS

Upon submitting your return request in our Return Center, you will receive a return authorization, shipping label, and return instructions. Please proceed with shipping the item(s) back to our facility.

Return shipping postage is the sole responsibility of the customer. Return shipping is non-refundable.



REFUNDS

You will receive an email notification from Ariagem once your return has been processed completely. Please allow up to 15-20 days for your package to arrive and our returns department to refund your original form of payment. Also, we are unable to refund any original shipping charges, if applicable.

If the refund is applied to your credit card/debit card, your credit card company or bank may take up to 3-7 additional business days to post the refund to your account.

Any merchandise discounted may be marked FINAL SALE, in which case they are not eligible for return or exchange.

DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon receiving it. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery. In the unlikely event you receive an item that is damaged, please submit a return request immediately at Ariagem Returns Center and email a photo of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item and your order number to ariagem221014@gmail.com

Return shipping cost are paid by Ariagem only if the item received by the customer is damaged, defective, or we shipped you the incorrect item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on FINAL SALE items or gift cards.

EXCHANGES

FINAL SALE ITEMS
Items purchased on sale and marked as FINAL SALE cannot be returned. Customized/Personalized items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

CUSTOM MADE JEWELRY

All orders that are considered custom orders, are made as requested by “Client” (you).

All custom orders, made as requested by client (you), are non-refundable. Each custom-made piece of jewelry can take several days to several weeks to create from start to finish, all depending on how you customized your order. Additionally, all shipping fees are non-refundable. We will not refund for "buyer's remorse". Absolutely no refunds on custom engraved merchandise, custom made rings, or any custom work. Items thought to be damaged or defective must be returned at the customers' expenses and the validity of all claims will be decided by Ariagem. If the received order was faulty or damaged, we will properly meet obligations under the applicable laws.
